After your free trial, if you would like to register your child for classes at Emily Davis Dance Academy in Colliers Wood - please complete the electronic form below. Note: if you are enrolling multiple pupils please complete one form per child.

We will use your contact details to communicate with you, your child’s date of birth to confirm their age appropriate class and both yours and your child’s full name to create invoices should you join the school. If you do not enrol in the school we will delete the information we have for you from our database.
